Neighborhood Curb address request page
This page has been set up for residents of the Bent Tree North community in Dallas Texas.
Complete and submit the form on this page to choose either a basic black and white curb address, a Texas Flag themed curb address, or a custom themed option.
HOA members can elect to receive the Bent Tree North HOA logo on their curb address at the same price as a basic black and white curb option.
All curb addresses include 4" numbers in your choice of font, a clear coat sealant and 2 year warranty. We also pressure wash the curb prior to painting.
Once we receive your request we will follow up with you via email in 24-48 hours regarding scheduling and payment. Invoices will be emailed only after work has been completed, and 5% service charge applied to online payments.
